Phone lines are open Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm and from 6:30pm to 7:30pm on show nights.
For Group and School bookings of more than 20 seats, please call the group line 01823 414144. Your tickets can be reserved, an invoice issued, and payment made at an agreed date before the show.

Concessions are available on most performances, where offered they apply to:
Children (under 16 years)
Individuals in full-time education
Individuals in receipt of any state benefit
Individuals in receipt of any state pension
Family Tickets – 2 adults & 2 children
Only one discount can apply per ticket and appropriate identification may be required upon request.
Please be aware that not all concessions are available online.
Concessions offered on our Community Classes are only available for people in receipt of State Benefit.
Babes in arms
Children, over one year of age on the day of the show, will require a child ticket and will need to have their own seat. Babes in arms, under one year on the day of the show, must also have a ticket, lap seats can be purchased for £2 from the Box Office for the child to share their parent’s seat.
Child and baby tickets are not always available as not all performances are suitable for children, please call the Box Office if you need any more information.
Access and Assistance
Tacchi-Morris Arts Centre offers complimentary tickets to disabled visitors who require a carer, wheelchair tickets cannot be booked online, please call the Box Office to ensure we offer you the best seats possible.
We will endeavour to admit latecomers at the first suitable opportunity. Please let the Duty Manager know when you arrive and they will take you into the auditorium as soon as possible.
Once payment has been received all tickets are non-refundable
We will be happy to exchange tickets for another performance if returned to the Box Office no later than 48 hours before the performance
If a performance is sold out we will endeavour to sell any returned tickets to the waiting list for that specific performance. Tickets must be returned to the Box Office and refunds will be issued in the form of a credit to be used against future shows. We cannot guarantee re-sales.
By entering our venue you give your consent to being photographed or filmed as a member of the audience. This may be used for future promotional activity.
Tacchi-Morris Arts Centre does not accept responsibility for personal property brought on to the premises.
The use of cameras, recording equipment and mobile telephones is strictly prohibited in the auditorium
All alcoholic, soft and hot drinks can be consumed in the auditorium – please ask a member of staff who will provide you with a plastic glass or paper cup for this purpose.
Please note, the use of electronic cigarettes is prohibited throughout the arts centre.
