This amazing class builds strength without bulk, focusing on improving spine health, strength, posture, balance and stability. Incorporating the mind, body and breath you'll activate the deeper core muscles and allow our bodies to function optimally. New to Pilates? This class is suitable for beginners and mixed abilities. Dianne has been teaching Pilates for 9 years and has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry.
Weekday: Wednesdays, 6:30pm-7:30pm
