Our Chair Pilates class offers a relaxed and accessible way to exercise.
These exercises are seated and supported to help you to keep moving. Chair Pilates can help you develop and achieve core strength, spine health and increase your mobility and flexibility.
Our fantastic tutor Dianne has been teaching Pilates for 9 years and has over 20 years’ experience in the fitness industry.
