GENERAL OPENING TIMES
The Tacchi-Morris Arts Centre is open for any advertised shows and will open 1hr before the performance start time. This is the case during term time and school holidays.
The arts centre is also generally open for our Box Office and Exhibitions on Mondays, Thursdays & Fridays, 10am to 4pm as well as Tuesdays 11am to 1pm and Wednesdays 10am to noon. We are also open Mondays to Thursdays evenings when our community classes are running.
Please note, outside of performances, the arts centre is closed during all school holidays.

Online
Book your tickets for any of our wonderful shows or incredible classes on this website at a time that suits you using our online booking service. It is safe, secure and easy to use. You can even pick your own seats from our interactive seating plan.
Over the phone
You can call our Box Office team on 01823 414141. Phone lines are open Mondays, Thursdays & Fridays, 10am to 4pm as well as Tuesdays 11am to 1pm and Wednesdays 10am to noon. You can also call Mondays to Thursdays evenings when our community classes are running and we will take bookings if available. Please note, the Box Office is closed during all school holidays.
In person
Our Box Office is open to the public Mondays, Thursdays & Fridays, 10am to 4pm. Our Box Office is also open Tuesdays 11am to 1pm and Wednesdays 10am to noon. Our Box Office is also available Mondays to Thursdays evenings when our community classes are running. You can book tickets in person with our friendly team.
Please note, the Box Office is closed during all school holidays. However, Taunton Visitor Centre also sell our tickets and they are situated in the centre of town. You can visit their website here to see their usual opening times.

Access and Assistance
Tacchi-Morris Arts Centre offers complimentary tickets to disabled visitors who require a carer or access companion. Wheelchair spaces cannot be booked online, so please call our Box Office on 01823 414141 to ensure we offer you the best seats possible.
Group Bookings
For Group and School bookings of more than 20 seats, please our Box Office team on 01823 414141. Your tickets can be reserved, an invoice issued, and payment made at an agreed date before the show.
TICKET TYPES
Concessions
Concessions are available on most performances and where offered they apply to…
- Children (under 16 years)
- Individuals in full-time education
- Individuals in receipt of any state benefit
- Individuals in receipt of any state pension
Please be aware that not all concessions are available online.
Concessions offered on our Community Classes are only available for people in receipt of State Benefit.
Babes in arms
Children over 24 months of age on the day of the show will require a child ticket and will need to have their own seat. ‘Babes in arms’ 24 months or under on the day of the show can enter free of charge and share their parent/guardian’s seat.
The babes in arms policy will not apply to certain shows aimed at this age group.
Child and baby tickets are not always available as not all performances are suitable for children, please call the Box Office if you need any more information.
Ticket Offers
Only one offer discount can apply per ticket and appropriate identification may be required upon request.
Family Tickets are for 4 seats and allow a maximum of 2 adults unless stated otherwise.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Refunds
Once payment has been received all tickets are non-refundable. In the event a show is postponed or cancelled ticketholders will be entitled to a full refund.
Exchanges
Where a show has more than one performance during it’s run at Tacchi-Morris Arts Centre, we will be happy to exchange tickets for another performance, if there is availability, and provided tickets are returned to the Box Office no later than 48 hours before the performance.
Re-Sales
If a performance is sold out we will endeavour to sell any returned tickets to the waiting list for that specific performance. Tickets must be returned to the Box Office and refunds will only be issued when the tickets are resold. We cannot guarantee re-sales.
OTHER INFORMATION
Latecomers
We will endeavour to admit latecomers at the first suitable opportunity that has been stipulated by the production. Please let the Duty Manager know when you arrive and they will take you into the auditorium as soon as possible.
Photography
By entering our venue you give your consent to being photographed or filmed as a member of the audience. This may be used for future promotional activity.
The use of cameras, recording equipment and mobile telephones is strictly prohibited in the auditorium.
Other Information
Tacchi-Morris Arts Centre does not accept responsibility for personal property brought on to the premises.
All alcoholic, soft and hot drinks can be consumed in the auditorium. Please ask a member of staff who will provide you with a plastic glass or paper cup for this purpose.
Please note, smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes is prohibited throughout the arts centre.
