Taunton Youth Culture and Arts presents…
TYCA StageFest
As part of Taunton Youth Culture and Arts Festival local schools and colleges will come together for this truly amazing festival of live theatre.
Students have devised original short performances inspired by TYCA’s annual theme: We own this
Expect bold, exciting and innovative productions with young people genuinely in the driving seat.
This years participating schools and colleges are – Pyrland School, Bishop Fox’s School, Kingsmead School and Somerset Youth Theatre.
Trigger warning – work is devised by young people and contains themes relevant to them inspired by the stimulus ‘We own this’.
Pay As You Decide
This is a charity event and TYCA/Arts Taunton are balancing the need to raise much needed funds and make this event inclusive.
They believe this show is worth £8 each but would like people to pay whatever you decide.
If you are able to pay more than £8 this will not only support others to attend for less but any surplus will go directly into TYCA’s ongoing support for the arts in local schools and colleges.
No one will be turned away for lack of funds but TYCA anticipate selling out so book early to avoid disappointment.
