A beginners pilates class introducing core-strengthening exercises, flexibility, and body awareness through controlled, low-impact movements, emphasizing proper form and alignment.

Our wonderful tutor Dianne has been teaching Pilates for 9 years and has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry.

Pilates provides a variety of health benefits including increasing core strength, improving posture, and preventing injuries.
