An Evening with Donna Ashworth
Waterstones Taunton is excited to welcome multi-Sunday Times bestselling author and poet Donna Ashworth to Taunton as she returns with a collection of poems and essays that teaches readers how to master the art of being easily pleased. Her most honest and hopeful book yet, it’s a collection that solidifies Donna’s status as a midlife cultural icon.
Written in accessible, emotionally resonant language the book speaks directly to women of all ages navigating busyness, self-doubt or transition. This is Donna’s first book to include prose, with a fresh blend of poetry, original art and affirmations, expanding on Donna’s signature style into a warm, hybrid format that readers will want to return to again and again.
Beloved by her 2M+ strong audience, Donna is known for her precise and relatable reflections on ageing, femininity and acceptance. In this book, fans will specifically learn how to live a life led by delight, wonder – and joy.
The secret behind Donna’s power and meteoric rise is how she uses her poetic voice to help people truly adopt a more hopeful perspective.
