Off the back of a hugely successful sold-out show last year, young conductor Chris Grabham returns with his energetic orchestra for another night of huge pop hits!
Showcasing some of pop’s biggest tunes, Shipwrecked is set to be a sensational night of feel-good live music.
As a group of friends embark on the summer adventure of a lifetime, things take a sudden turn for the worst when they end up shipwrecked! Without Wi-Fi to keep themselves entertained, the friends turn to music to keep their spirits high. But as days turn to weeks, and with numerous challenges to face, will the power of music be enough to hold the group together?
Featuring hits from the likes of Blondie, ABBA, S Club 7, Olly Murs and many more, Shipwrecked is the ultimate show to get your summer holidays started! Performed live on stage by an orchestra of more than 50 musicians and a team of stellar singers, Shipwrecked is a treat for music lovers of all ages.

The Chris Grabham Pop Orchestra is no ordinary orchestra. Yes – they’ve got instruments you’d expect like violins, oboes, trombones and cellos – but they’ve also got saxophones, singers and even a drum kit. The result is a rich, colourful and energetic sound – perfect for pop anthems and songs which just have to be sung at the top of your voice!
The players, with their love of music, all share the same connection – Chris. Whether a friend, peer, colleague or teacher, each member of the orchestra has shared the stage with Chris at some point in his career, and this orchestra is his hand-picked selection of some of the best players around. This means the orchestra is a bit like a family, and all are exceptional musicians in their own right.
The Chris Grabham Pop Orchestra is passionate about making orchestras modern and popular with all ages, but especially younger generations. As a large orchestra, they strive to engage directly with audiences, and create an electric, party-like atmosphere during concerts. They perform high-energy shows using music that is familiar, exciting and fun. Artists who enjoyed success in the 2000s-2010s such as Ed Sheeran, Taylor Swift, Katy Perry, often feature on their set-lists, as well as all-time greats such as Bon Jovi, ABBA, and S-Club 7.
