Dance Workout helps reshape and tone your body while doing fun routines in your favourite dance styles, including:

Salsa, Charleston, Pop, Jive, Bollywood, Tango, Afrobeat, Broadway, Samba

This is a welcoming and friendly class suitable for all abilities. If you like Zumba, you’ll love this!

If you’re dancing vigorously enough to raise your heart rate and hasten your breathing, you’re getting moderate-intensity exercise, which boosts cardiovascular and overall fitness. Because dance engages multiple muscle groups, it usually counts as a full-body workout. Dance workouts are shown to have lots of additional benefits to your body and mind, including:

  • Improving memory and cognitive ability through learning routines
  • Improved bone density as dancing is a weight-bearing exercise
  • Improved heart fitness through aerobic exercise

If you’re looking for a fun new way to move your body, in a friendly and accessible environment, this class could be exactly what you are seeking.
