Follow the yellow brick road on a magical adventure over the rainbow, packed with laughter, dazzling costumes, and plenty of panto fun for the whole family!

We’re off to see the wizard in a magical journey this winter as Dorothy’s world is spun out of control by an unexpected tornado. Arriving in the land of Oz, Dorothy meets new friends and foes, and learns ‘that there’s no place like home’.

Packed with laughter, music, and plenty of panto sparkle, The Wizard of Oz promises fun for the whole family and a festive experience you’ll never forget.

Tacchi-Morris Arts Centre are thrilled to continue our excellent relationship with the brilliant professional theatre company Reamba Productions as they bring us another pantomime extravaganza! Following the success of last year’s Jack & The Beanstalk, join us and celebrate this December with this exciting pantomime… The Wizard of Oz!

Opening Night

The first public performance of the pantomime will take place at 6pm on Fri 11 Dec. All tickets for this performance will be just £17.50.

The Wizard of Oz Relaxed Performance – Sun 13 Dec, 12pm

Once again we will be holding a Relaxed Performance for those audience members who may find coming to the theatre a little daunting.

  • House Lights will be on at a low level throughout the performance.
  • Sound levels will be reduced.
  • There will be less flashing lights.
  • The audience are free to go in and out as needed.
  • Making noise during the performance will not be discouraged.
  • There will be a quiet space front of house for anyone who needs a break.

  • You can reserve for your school group now, then confirm numbers and pay in September.
  • Running time is approximately 2 hours plus a 20 minute interval.
  • Coaches can pull up into the loading bays at Monkton Wood Academy, which is located on a residential road providing safe and easy access.
