Pilates – Intermediate

This amazing class builds strength without bulk, focusing on improving spine health, strength, posture, balance and stability.

Incorporating the mind, body and breath you’ll activate the deeper core muscles and allow our bodies to function optimally.

Are you new to Pilates? This class is suitable for beginners and mixed abilities, making it the perfect session for those looking to try yoga for the first time.

Our wonderful tutor Dianne has been teaching Pilates for 9 years and has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry.

Pilates provides a variety of health benefits including increasing core strength, improving posture, and preventing injuries.
