COVID Booking Information

As a COVID-Secure venue we will be operating a variety of measures to ensure our audiences, the performers and all of the staff and volunteers involved in the event are as safe as possible.

When booking please consult Government guidance in relation to ‘the rule of 6’. Groups should consist of those you live with or your support bubble.

PLEASE NOTE: The audience seating will be socially distanced. Your tickets are initially booked as unallocated seating to allow us to monitor capacity. We will contact ticketholders closer to the event date to provide your allocated seat numbers. Please let us know if you have any particular access requirements.

Our Booking Guarantee

We appreciate that there’s still a lot of uncertainty with regards to the future, however we hope that people will still consider booking tickets for shows and events – it really is crucial for venues such as ourselves that we’re still able to plan ahead. Our booking guarantee is to reassure all of our patrons that if this show has to be postponed or cancelled, ticketholders will be entitled to a full refund, or if preferred, a credit onto your TMAC account. If you are unable to attend due to having COVID, provided you tell us in advance, we will refund or provide a credit onto you TMAC account.
